Problem: A central objective for TriSigma sorority is to train its members to become the best they can be through their Horizons education program. Each chapter has an Education Director charged with the educational development of each member. One of their primary responsibilities is conducting educational sessions that cover a wide variety of subjects—topics from study skills to drug and alcohol abuse. TriSigma needed an effective way to train each education director across the nation for their responsibilities within their chapter.

Solution: Eternal Interactive created the TriSigma Horizons Educational CD. For the first time, the sorority’s hundreds of educational programs are organized into a single, easy to use resource. Through a beautiful menu interface that expresses the spirit of TriSigma, Education Directors are able to view training videos for themselves as well as access all the program materials for their women. The training videos clearly bring each director up to speed on her responsibilities, and encourages her for the year a head. Additionally, the CD contains in PDF or Microsoft Word format all necessary program materials as well as the Education Director’s manual.
